Service from our pet village was very good and helpful when I found there were insufficient nuts to complete the construction of the cage. I had a liberta many years ago and that cage lasted longer than I think this one will. This one seems more flimsy and is way lighter but on the plus size as I am 81 it is easier to move. Have had African greys nearly 30 years and never had problems with the dishes. They stayed in place but these dishes are so light and do not fit snuggly so parrot manages to lift and throw out dishes complete with food or water. Liberta need to review this problem and make sturdier and better fitting dishes.
